Job summary

Postman is seeking an experienced Enterprise Solutions Engineer to partner with the sales team and grow the enterprise business. You will guide customers to leverage Postman for their API lifecycle, conduct technical demos, and address complex questions with practical solutions.

The role requires 8+ years in enterprise sales/solutions engineering, 4+ years of software development, and deep API experience. Remote-friendly with travel up to 50%; a Bachelor's in CS is preferred.

• Experience with APIs and data platforms.
• Excellent communication with senior management and executives.

Responsibilities

• Drive enterprise sales by nurturing prospects and supporting Strategic & Enterprise customers.
• Conduct discovery, qualification, technical demos, and proof-of-value workshops.
• Address technical questions and provide solutions or workarounds for customer needs.
• Understand customer workflows and promote API-first development practices.
• Provide customer feedback to relevant teams and advocate for customers.
