Job summary

Truist is seeking a senior leader to guide Fraud Product and Operations (FP&O). You will shape the long-term vision, lead a team, and optimize staffing, budgets, and processes to enhance client experience and compliance. This role requires strong executive communication and cross-functional collaboration.

The position emphasizes strategic planning, risk management, and operational excellence within a regulated banking environment. Regular travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and related experience.
• Minimum 10 years of banking or fraud systems experience.
• Experience communicating with senior leaders and managing cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage personnel and workflow to achieve departmental objectives.
• Provide leadership to FP&O teammates and ensure efficient operations.
• Manage staffing, budgets, and reporting for the area.
• Ensure compliance with policies and audit requirements.
• Drive process improvements, cost-benefit analyses, and re-engineering initiatives.
• Prepare department-level reporting and support merger/conversion activities.
