Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience leading fraud investigations or banking risk programs.
• Ability to develop staff, manage performance, and drive organizational capability growth.
• Strong understanding of fraud typologies, investigative governance, and risk across payment/digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership for the enterprise fraud program and governance.
• Direct the Fraud Manager and investigates function, coaching staff and overseeing training and staff development.
• Lead major fraud events, incidents, and complex loss investigations with timely, thorough resolution.
• Collaborate with AML/CFT, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Operations, and other units to ensure effective case handoff and control improvements.
• Coordinate management reporting, metrics, and executive updates related to fraud investigations.
