Job summary

Glacier Bancorp, Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Fraud Manager to lead its enterprise fraud management program. You will oversee strategic design, prevention, detection, monitoring, and reporting initiatives to minimize fraud losses and protect customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Business, Accounting, Risk Management, or related field required.
• 10+ years of experience in fraud investigations, fraud operations, financial crimes or banking risk.
• Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience including team management or staff development.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic fraud program development and investigative capability maturity.
• Provide leadership to Fraud Manager and investigation staff, with staff development and performance management.
• Guide major fraud events, sensitive customer matters, and complex loss situations to ensure timely, thorough handling.
