Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Business, Accounting, Risk Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in fraud investigations, operations, or financial crimes.
• 3 years of leadership experience including team management or staff development.
• Advanced knowledge of fraud typologies, investigative practices, payment risk, and trends in banking fraud.
• CAMS or CFE certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the strategic fraud program, including design, governance, and reporting.
• Provide leadership to Fraud Manager and analysts; coach staff and manage performance.
• Lead major fraud events, investigations, and risk concerns with timely, thorough responses.
• Collaborate with AML/CFT, Risk, Compliance, Operations, Security, and other units on case resolution.
• Maintain awareness of fraud trends and implement procedural improvements.
• Support management reporting and trend analysis related to fraud investigations.
