Job summary

Glacier Bancorp seeks an Enterprise Fraud Manager to lead the bank-wide fraud program, shaping prevention, detection, monitoring, response, governance, technology, and reporting to protect customers and the institution from losses.

The role directs the Fraud Manager and analysts, guiding strategic initiatives, staff development, and cross-functional collaboration with Risk, Compliance, Ops, and Security across the nine-state footprint. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 10+ years of fraud investigations or banking risk experience.
• 3+ years of leadership, coaching, or oversight.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic fraud program development and governance.
• Provide oversight to Fraud Manager and investigations team.
• Drive training, performance management, and capability growth.
• Coordinate with Risk, Compliance, and Operations on case resolution.
• Monitor trends, reporting, and management metrics.
