Job summary

Glacier Bancorp is seeking an Enterprise Fraud Manager to lead the bank’s enterprise‑wide fraud program, shaping prevention, detection, monitoring, response, governance, technology, and reporting strategies.

The role provides leadership to the Fraud Manager and investigators, drives strategic initiatives, establishes long‑term objectives and metrics, and coordinates with Risk, Compliance, AML/CFT, and other units across the nine‑state footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Criminal Justice, Business, Accounting, Risk Management, or related field.
• 10+ years of fraud investigations, fraud operations, financial crimes or banking risk.
• 3 years of leadership experience, including team management or staff development.

Responsibilities

• Strategic fraud program development, organizational design, and investigative capability maturity.
• Provide leadership to the Fraud Manager and the bank's fraud investigations function; coach and develop staff.
• Lead major fraud events, establish standards for case development and escalation.
• Partner with AML/CFT, Risk, Compliance, Operations and other units for case resolution.
• Oversee audits and examinations; monitor trends and report to executives.
• Maintain awareness of evolving fraud risk and drive continuous program improvement.
