Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in fraud investigations or banking risk.
• 3 years of leadership experience.
• Advanced knowledge of fraud typologies and investigative practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the enterprise fraud program and investigative capability.
• Provide leadership to the Fraud Manager and analytics teams.
• Lead major fraud events, sensitive customer matters, and complex loss cases.
• Collaborate with AML/CFT and other risk teams to ensure proper reporting and control effectiveness.
• Oversee audits, deliver management reporting and trend analysis.
• Ensure compliance with laws and internal policies.
