Job summary

Glacier Bancorp is seeking an Enterprise Fraud Manager to lead the enterprise fraud management program across the bank’s operations. The role focuses on prevention, detection, monitoring, response, governance, technology, and reporting to protect customers from fraud-related losses.

The candidate will mentor the Fraud Manager, drive strategic initiatives, and coordinate with Risk, Compliance, Operations, and IT to strengthen the bank's investigative capability and overall fraud control

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice, Business, Accounting, Risk Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in fraud investigations, fraud operations, financial crimes or banking risk.
• 3 years of leadership experience, including team management, staff development, or operational oversight.
• Advanced knowledge of fraud typologies, investigative practices, payment risk, and complex fraud trends.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic fraud program development and organizational design across the bank.
• Provide leadership and oversight to Fraud Manager and investigations team; coach and develop staff.
• Set standards for case development, analysis, documentation, quality, and escalation.
