Job summary

Commerce is seeking an Enterprise Feed Manager in Austin, TX. You will manage a portfolio of premier advertising clients, coordinating feed initiatives across Google, TikTok, and Meta, blending technical work with strategic client relationships.

You will partner with Sales on renewals and growth, drive revenue retention, and ensure accurate data mapping and platform integrations. This role requires proactive communication and cross-functional collaboration in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data feed account management.
• 3+ years in a client-facing support role, with professionalism and relationship skills.
• At least 3 years in digital marketing and/or e-commerce performance, delivering results.
• 3+ years of project management, coordinating multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, presentation, and client relationship skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of business of 20+ clients, 150+ monthly hours, or the equivalent of $50K–$80K MRR.
• Serve as the primary contact for premier advertising channel clients, acting as a Feedonomics representative.
• Improve revenue retention by building strong client relationships from entry level to executive leaders.
• Facilitate monthly virtual client meetings to review performance and strategic initiatives.
• Partner with Sales to support renewals, growth opportunities, and business reviews.
• Set and manage client expectations, troubleshoot issues, and escalate concerns to maintain satisfaction.
• Track and document client feed requirements, account details, and project milestones.
• Provide account reporting on projects, platform deliverables, and client health.
• Oversight of multi-client communications, delegating tasks.
• Configure and map data from file formats for integration into the Feedonomics platform.
• Assess data quality, resolve discrepancies, and optimize product feeds for platforms like Google, Meta, TikTok.
• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain Feedonomics platform integrations.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to resolve challenges and provide platform feedback.
• Maintain documentation of account processes, optimization strategies, and client growth plans.
