Job summary

Commerce, the parent company of BigCommerce, Feedonomics and Makeswift, seeks an Enterprise Feed Manager to lead premier advertising channel accounts and optimize feed performance across Google, TikTok and Meta.

You will manage 20+ clients, coordinate with Sales, and drive revenue retention through strategic insights and cross-functional collaboration. Strong data feeds, API mapping, and platform integrations are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in data feed account management
• 3+ years in client-facing roles with strong relationships
• 3+ years in digital marketing/e-commerce performance
• 3+ years in project management
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong presentation skills

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of 20+ clients with ~50K–80K MRR
• Serve as primary contact for premier advertising clients
• Improve revenue retention through strong relationships
• Facilitate monthly virtual client meetings
• Partner with Sales on renewals and growth opportunities
• Set and manage client expectations; escalate as needed
• Track and document client requirements and milestones
• Provide account reporting on projects and client health
• Oversee multi-client communications and delegate tasks
• Configure and map data from various file formats for integration
• Assess data quality and optimize product feeds across platforms
• Install, troubleshoot, maintain platform integrations
• Collaborate with Product/Engineering for feedback
• Maintain documentation of processes and growth plans
