Job summary

Commerce is seeking an Enterprise Feed Manager to oversee a portfolio of premier advertising channel clients, including Google, TikTok, and Meta. You will balance technical data feeds with strategic account management to drive performance, retention, and growth across platforms.

You will lead client meetings, map data formats, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with Sales, Product, and Engineering to deliver measurable outcomes and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of data feed account management experience.
• 3+ years in a client-facing support role.
• At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing and/or e-commerce performance.
• 3+ years of project management experience.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of business of 20+ clients with substantial monthly hours and revenue.
• Serve as primary point of contact for premier advertising channel clients.
• Improve revenue retention through strong client relationships.
