Job summary

Starcom in Plano, Texas is seeking a Paid Search & Feed Strategy Manager to drive performance across Shopping, Performance Max, and feed-based media campaigns. You will serve as the primary liaison between Paid Search, Feed Management, eCommerce, SEO, Analytics, and Structured Data teams.

The role combines traditional paid search with product feeds, merchant platforms, and SKU-level performance management to maximize visibility, efficiency, and revenue across Google, Microsoft, and retail media.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of paid search experience.
• 3+ years working directly with Shopping campaigns and product feeds.
• Experience with Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Google Merchant Center, and feed management tools.
• Strong understanding of product feed architecture, structured data, eCommerce platforms, and SKU-level reporting.
• Advanced Excel, Looker Studio, or BI reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, execution, and optimization of Shopping, Performance Max, Microsoft Shopping, and feed-based campaigns.
• Manage campaign structure, bidding, audience segmentation, budgeting, pacing, and forecasting.
• Develop testing roadmaps focused on revenue growth, ROAS, profit, SKU coverage, and customer acquisition.
• Translate priorities into campaign architecture with priority SKU groups and promotions.
