Commerce is seeking an Enterprise Feed Manager to oversee a portfolio of premier advertising channel clients and drive successful feed initiatives across Google, TikTok, and Meta. You will combine technical know‑how with strategic relationship management to deliver measurable impact and help clients grow.

The role requires strong data feed optimization, platform integration skills, and a client‑facing mindset to partner with Sales on renewals, growth opportunities, and performance reviews.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in data feed account management or equivalent
• 3+ years in a client-facing role with strong relationship management
• 3+ years in digital marketing/e-commerce performance with measurable results
• 3+ years of project management and cross-functional collaboration
• Excellent written and verbal communication, persuasion and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, customer-centric mindset

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of business of 20+ clients, 150+ monthly hours, or the equivalent of $50K-$80K MRR.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for premier clients and act as a Feedonomics ambassador.
• Improve revenue retention by building referenceable client relationships from entry to executive levels.
• Facilitate monthly virtual client meetings to review performance and strategic initiatives.
• Partner with Sales on strategic reviews, renewals, and growth opportunities.
• Set and manage client expectations, troubleshoot issues, and escalate concerns as needed.
• Track and document client feed requirements, account details, and milestones.
• Provide account reporting on projects, platform deliverables, and client health to stakeholders.
• Oversee multi-client communications and delegate operational tasks.
• Configure and map data from formats (delimited, XML, API, scripts) for integration into the Feedonomics platform.
• Assess data quality, resolve discrepancies, and optimize product feeds for Google, Meta, TikTok.
• Install, troubleshoot, and maintain platform integrations for reliable data sync.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to resolve technical challenges and provide feedback.
• Maintain thorough documentation of processes, optimization strategies, and growth plans.
