WesBanco Bank Inc. is seeking a Lead Digital Transformation Officer to steer the bank's enterprise-wide digital initiatives.

The role partners with business lines, technology, operations, and executive leadership to identify and prioritize strategic projects that boost efficiency, customer and employee experiences, and growth. You will manage the transformation portfolio, set governance, and drive execution with cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business value in a regulated banking

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, Project Management, Operations Management, or related field is required.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in banking, operations, project management, business transformation, process improvement, or related areas.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and business units.
• Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Lean Six Sigma, or comparable certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Bank's digital transformation efforts by coordinating strategic initiatives that improve business processes, customer experiences, employee experiences, and operational effectiveness.
• Partner with executive leadership to identify, evaluate, and prioritize transformation opportunities aligned with organizational goals.
• Establish and maintain enterprise project intake, prioritization, and governance processes.
• Oversee capacity planning across departments to balance project demand and resources.
• Develop executive dashboards and reporting to communicate status, risks, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with technology, operations, risk, compliance, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
• Drive process improvement, automation, digitization, and operational efficiencies across the organization.
• Support change management activities including communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.
