Job summary

ThoughtSpot is seeking a high-ownership Architect to be the technical backbone of our most strategic customer relationships. You’ll design deployments that scale, integrate ThoughtSpot Analytics inside enterprise environments, and ensure deployments survive real usage and security reviews.

You will work closely with Sales Engineering, Product, and Customer Success leadership, plus Support and Professional Services to back deployments from day one.

Qualifications

• Demonstrate AI literacy and ability to integrate AI into daily work.
• Hands-on experience leveraging AI tools (LLMs) to boost productivity.
• Ability to write effective prompts for AI tools.
• Experience communicating with cross-functional teams about AI-driven decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical relationship and architect scalable ThoughtSpot Analytics deployments.
• Design for production with data models, embedding patterns, and governance structures.
• Lead deployments from kickoff to production and unblock issues to go-live.
• Create reusable architectures and pattern libraries for future customers.
• Represent the voice of the customer to Product and provide feedback on platform weaknesses at scale.
• Document proven deployment playbooks to reduce tribal knowledge.
