Job summary

ThoughtSpot is seeking a Senior Technical Architect for Embedded Analytics in a remote role across North America. You will partner with sales and customer outcomes teams, lead technical proofs of value, and guide customers on API/SDK integration, authentication, multi-tenancy, and data security.

You bring 5+ years in enterprise architecture and hands-on integration experience with analytics in SaaS products, shaping best practices and scaling deployments.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, application architecture, or data platform architecture.
• Experience with APIs, SDKs, and frontend integration, and supporting enterprise deployments.
• Hands-on integration work, not just advisory, across embedded analytics contexts.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Account Executives, Solutions Engineers, and Customer Outcomes on TSE opportunities and renewals.
• Guide customers on integrating ThoughtSpot Embedded Analytics into applications and implement APIs/SDKs.
• Provide architectural guidance and best practices as deployments expand and face challenges.
• Contribute to product/engineering by voicing customer feedback to influence the roadmap.
• Build technical assets, reference architectures, and reusable integration patterns.
