Job summary

ThoughtSpot is seeking a hands-on technical architect to be the backbone of our most strategic customer relationships. You will design scalable, production-ready deployments and govern data security, modeling, and embedding patterns across environments.

You’ll lead deployments end-to-end, unblock go-lives, and create repeatable architectures while feeding customer feedback into product decisions. In-office collaboration and AI mindset are valued traits.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience owning a customer relationship and architecting deployments.
• Experience designing deployments that scale and become load-bearing infrastructure.
• Understanding of enterprise data — modeling, governance, security, and embedding BI in decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical relationship as the single architect trusted by strategic customers.
• Design for production, building data models, embedding patterns, and governance to withstand real usage and security reviews.
• Lead deployments from kickoff to production and unblock go-lives when issues arise.
• Create reusable architecture patterns from complex deployments for future customers.
• Serve as customer voice in Product, surfacing scale challenges and feedback for improvement.
• Document best practices so architecture is less dependent on tribal knowledge.
