Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a dynamic Client Success Manager to lead the Corrigo platform adoption and maximize value for Fortune 500 clients in a hybrid US role. You will supervise cross‑functional efforts, coordinate product releases, and drive measurable client outcomes.

You will engage with Directors, VPs, and C-suite executives, define success metrics, and guide strategic initiatives across multiple client accounts, with domestic travel and a strong emphasis on outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience with SaaS platforms and enterprise client environments.
• Ability to translate client needs into enterprise solutions and plans.
• Strong documentation and requirement gathering skills.
• Proven upselling and cross-selling capabilities with enterprise clients.
• Excellent communication for C-suite stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute strategic vision to enhance client success functions.
• Manage relationships with Enterprise and Mid-Market Clients to maximize value.
• Establish trusted advisor relationships and align outcomes with client goals.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to support advocacy, case studies and testimonials.
• Coordinate cross‑functional efforts for integrations, migrations, upgrades, and training.
