Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated (JLL) is seeking a Corrigo Platform Analyst to provide operational and technical administration of Corrigo, remote-based in the AMR region. The role leads Corrigo optimization initiatives, aligns operational processes, and supports implementation of platform enhancements across accounts.

The position requires training, data integrity, and reporting to support client objectives.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree preferred, or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years experience managing CMMS/ work order applications, Performance Management, Data and Analytics preferred.
• Strong technical and analytical skills.
• Demonstrated process orientation and data driven skill sets.
• Expert technology and systems, highly proficient in MS Office, specifically Excel, word and Power Point.
• Possess strong written, verbal and people skills.
• Superior customer service skills and orientation.
• Ability to plan and manage work priorities appropriately.
• Strong organizational skills and collaborative style needed.
• This position does not provide visa sponsorship.
• Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• The Corrigo Systems Administrator ensures overall integrity of the Corrigo system and supports the account team.
• Lead strategy for Corrigo optimization and implement the plan.
• Configure and implement solutions for account-specific needs.
• Assist with user access management and ensuring account maintains proper controls.
• Produce monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad-hoc account reporting.
