Anthropic is seeking an Enterprise Customer Success Manager for HCLS to drive AI adoption across Pharma, Life Sciences, Providers, and Health systems. You will be a strategic advisor, aligning Claude capabilities with customers’ business goals and ROI metrics.

You will collaborate with sales and product teams to optimize usage, expand contracts, and guide change management, ensuring maximum value from Claude APIs and enterprise solutions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Solutions Engineering.
• Experience working with customers in HCLS.
• Technical fluency with AI/ML concepts, API integrations, and software implementation patterns.
• Experience across consumption-based and seat-based business models.

Responsabilités

• Build trusting, strategic relationships with customer decision makers to understand business objectives and growth opportunities.
• Become an expert in Anthropic products across API, Claude Code, and Claude for Enterprise to guide customers.
• Proactively drive usage planning and understand current and future consumption and value.
• Monitor usage patterns and address underutilization across API and seat-based products.
• Socialize Anthropic's product roadmap and engage Product PMs to expand customer use cases.
• Document customer value through ROI and impact metrics to justify continued investment.
• Identify new use cases and lines of business to onboard Claude across departments.
• Develop change management strategies to maximize end-user adoption.
• Own the customer experience across lifecycle with success plans and quarterly business reviews.
• Develop scalable engagement playbooks balancing high-touch and efficient coverage.
