Job summary

Anthropic is hiring an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, GSI, to partner with our most complex customers across Systems Integrators and drive AI adoption of Claude capabilities—API, Claude for Enterprise, and Claude Code.

You will build trusted executive relationships, map business objectives to product value, guide usage expansion, and collaborate with sales and product teams to deliver measurable outcomes in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Customer Success, Technical Account Management, or Solutions Engineering.
• Experience with enterprises in Systems Integrator industries.
• Technical fluency to understand AI/ML concepts and API integrations.
• Experience with both consumption- and seat-based business models.

Responsibilities

• Build strategic relationships with key customer decision makers.
• Become expert in Anthropic products: API, Claude for Enterprise, Claude Code.
• Drive usage planning, consumption growth, and value realization.
• Monitor usage and identify optimization opportunities.
• Serve as customer thought partner and socialize product roadmap.
• Own the customer experience with quarterly business reviews.
• Develop scalable engagement strategies for industry portfolio.
