Qualifications

• 6+ years of enterprise B2B CS experience
• Experience managing complex customer programs with cross-functional stakeholders
• Technical knowledge of SaaS, cloud tech, and IT operations
• Ability to translate data into strategic recommendations
• Experience with cybersecurity or bug bounty programs (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Own strategic direction for a portfolio of high-value enterprise customers
• Lead client relationships and drive retention, growth, and value
• Apply data-driven decision making to evaluate program performance and risks
• Guide customers through evolving security priorities and product capabilities
• Mentor fellow CSMs and contribute to scalable CS methodologies
