Job summary

HackerOne is seeking a Strategic Enterprise Customer Success Manager to serve as a trusted advisor for complex enterprise customers, helping them maximize value from the platform and mature their security programs.

You will own strategic relationships, navigate technical and business challenges, and influence success strategies that drive retention and growth across a diverse customer portfolio.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Customer Success with enterprise/government customers.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional programs with measurable outcomes.
• Working knowledge of SaaS, cloud technologies, and IT operations; able to discuss technical concepts clearly.
• Experience using data and structured problem solving to inform recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Own strategic direction and post-onboarding success for a portfolio of enterprise customers.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and drive retention and growth.
• Apply data-driven decision making to evaluate program performance and inform priorities.
• Lead customers through evolving security priorities and new product capabilities.
• Mentor fellow Customer Success Managers and share best practices across the team.
• Identify expansion opportunities and coordinate with Sales, Product, and Technical Services.
