HackerOne is seeking a Strategic Enterprise Customer Success Manager to guide large, high-value enterprise customers toward maximum value from the platform. You will own strategic relationships, drive retention and growth, and translate data insights into actionable recommendations across teams.

In addition to a data-driven mindset, you will mentor peers, collaborate with Sales, Product and Technical Services, and help scale CS best practices while supporting a flexible, remote-friendly work

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Customer Success for high-touch enterprise/government B2B clients.
• Experience managing complex programs with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Working technical knowledge of SaaS, cloud, IT operations.
• Ability to translate data and insights into recommendations.

Responsabilités

• Own strategic direction and post-onboarding success for a portfolio of enterprise customers.
• Translate data insights into compelling business narratives.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to drive retention and growth.
