Job summary

TEKsystems seeks a Communication Specialist to support enterprise-wide communications for organizational change, business transformation initiatives, and M&A integration. You will partner with Communications and Change Management leadership to craft messages that explain changes, milestones, and business priorities to a distributed workforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Healthcare industry experience preferred.
• Experience developing communications for executive leadership and across a dispersed workforce.
• Experience creating newsletters, intranet content, talking points, video scripts, presentations, and other internal communication materials.
• Experience developing and maintaining communication strategies, editorial calendars, content plans, and project timelines.
• Ability to develop messaging for complex or sensitive topics and translate business information into clear, accessible communications.
• Experience partnering with leaders and subject matter experts to gather information, review content, and align messaging with business objectives.
