Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field or equivalent relevant work experience.
• 3-5 years of professional communications experience.
• Experience developing and executing internal or corporate communication strategies.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and storytelling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal skills collaborating with executives and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and project management.
• Experience supporting change management, organizational transformation, integrations, or M&A is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute communication plans and strategies supporting priorities, integration initiatives, and change management.
• Partner with Communications and Change Management leaders to plan and deliver communications for organizational changes and milestones.
• Manage communication timelines, deliverables, and execution across multiple projects.
• Write long- and short-form content for executive communications, emails, newsletters, intranet content, talking points, video scripts, and presentations.
• Develop messaging for complex or evolving topics and translate detailed business information into clear communications.
• Create communications for diverse audiences including executives and dispersed workforce.
• Collaborate with leaders and subject matter experts to gather information and ensure alignment with objectives.
• Develop and maintain communication strategies, editorial calendars, content plans, and timelines.
• Identify needs and proactively recommend audiences, channels, timing, and messaging.
• Support internal newsletters from topic development to distribution.
• Research topics, trends, and themes aligning with priorities.
