Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise employee communications strategy and internal editorial agenda.
• Design and execute integrated internal campaigns from insight to channel activation.
• Create and edit high-quality communications including manager toolkits and FAQs.
• Govern employee channels (intranet, email, digital signage) and enable managers.
• Measure outcomes with analytics and adjust campaigns accordingly.
• Collaborate across HR, Legal, Security, Operations, and mission teams.
