You will craft messages across announcements, newsletters, presentations, and digital channels, partner with leadership and cross-functional teams, and maintain messaging standards while supporting employee engagement and corporate branding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, English, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in communications, corporate communications, public relations, marketing communications, internal communications, content development, or a related discipline.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with exceptional grammar, tone, clarity, and detail.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear, audience-appropriate communications.
• Experience writing and editing professional communications, reports, presentations, newsletters, announcements, and digital content.

Responsibilities

• Develop, write, edit, and distribute internal and external communications, including announcements, newsletters, presentations, reports, and organizational updates.
• Develop communication strategies and messaging aligned with business objectives and stakeholder needs.
• Collaborate with leadership, marketing, HR, operations, and other departments to identify communication requirements and develop messaging.
• Translate complex information into concise, audience-appropriate communications.
• Manage communication calendars, schedules, deadlines, and distribution plans across multiple initiatives.
• Draft executive communications, leadership announcements, employee updates, talking points, and presentations.
• Support internal communication initiatives to improve employee engagement and organizational alignment.
