Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, English, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in communications, corporate communications, public relations, marketing communications, internal communications, content development, or a related discipline.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to grammar, tone, clarity, and detail.
• Ability to translate complex information into concise, audience-appropriate messaging.
• Experience writing and editing professional communications, reports, presentations, newsletters, announcements, and digital content.

Responsibilities

• Develop, write, edit, and distribute internal and external communications, including announcements, newsletters, presentations, reports, and organizational updates.
• Develop communication strategies and messaging aligned with business objectives, organizational priorities, and stakeholder needs.
• Collaborate with leadership, marketing, human resources, operations, and other departments to identify communication requirements and develop effective messaging.
• Translate complex business, technical, operational, or organizational information into clear, concise communications.
• Meet deadlines and manage distribution plans across multiple initiatives.
• Draft executive communications, leadership announcements, employee updates, talking points, and briefing materials.
