Job summary

BlackCloak, Inc. is seeking an Enterprise Client Success professional who builds lasting relationships with enterprise clients, learns their business, and supports their cybersecurity needs so they receive full value from BlackCloak.

You work closely with our Sales, Delivery, and Security teams to ensure onboarding and implementation are seamless from day one, monitor accounts for risk, share utilization highlights, collect feedback, and drive Net Revenue Retention through thoughtful account

Qualifications

• Two or more years in a customer success or account management role, ideally with enterprise clients.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree a plus.
• Familiarity with cybersecurity and privacy concepts.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client success.
• Willingness to travel to meet clients when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with enterprise clients, and learn their primary needs so you can support their cybersecurity efforts
• Partner with our Sales, Delivery, and Security teams to support seamless onboarding and implementation of BlackCloak solutions
• Provide ongoing support so clients get the most value from our services, and communicate updates and utilization highlights along the way
• Monitor client accounts, identify potential issues early, and recommend solutions
• Gather client feedback and share insight with internal teams to improve the product and the overall client experience
• Use our CRM to track activity, analyze data, and identify trends
• Support key metrics such as Net Revenue Retention (NRR), logo retention, onboarding, and utilization
