Job summary

BlackCloak, Inc. seeks a Technical Success Specialist to serve as the first contact for client questions, resolve issues, and onboard devices onto the BlackCloak platform.

You will work closely with Account Success, Security Operations, and Product teams to ensure a seamless client experience. The role emphasizes strong communication, remote work, and occasional travel, with weekend/on-call coverage as part of the schedule.

Qualifications

• Approximately two years in technical support or a related role.
• Strong knowledge of Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote environment.
• Cybersecurity or privacy experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for client questions and issues.
• Manage tickets and queues to meet SLAs.
• Enroll clients' devices onto the BlackCloak platform.
• Advise on privacy and identity theft matters.
• Coordinate with Account Success and Cybersecurity teams.
• Document interactions in support tools and contribute to education materials.
• Participate in knowledge transfer sessions and client-facing events.
• Work Saturdays and Sundays and on-call shifts.
