Job summary

BlackCloak, Inc. is hiring for a remote Customer Success professional in the United States. The role focuses on onboarding, guiding clients, and ensuring optimal use of BlackCloak’s platform.

Expect collaboration with the Technical Success team and cross‑functional partners to address security and privacy needs. Responsibilities include conducting enablement sessions, managing identity theft incidents, restoring compromised accounts, and preparing client reports.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years in a Customer Success or IT help desk role.
• Experience with executive level clients is a plus.
• 2+ years in cybersecurity, privacy, identity theft, fraud, data breach management, or risk/compliance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Participate in client onboarding sessions.
• Provide guidance in creating onboarding and follow-up materials.
• Conduct outreach to ensure clients use the platform fully.
• Coordinate resources with the Technical Success team to meet client needs.
• Run enablement and support sessions.
• Alert clients to new threats and coordinate remediation or acceptance.
• Serve as a dedicated case manager for identity theft incidents and end-to-end resolution.
• Assist in restoration of compromised accounts including fraud scenarios.
• Support account teams by pulling data for client reports and meetings.
• Record client interactions in CS tools and contribute to communications.
