Job summary

BlackCloak, Inc. is seeking a Client Success Manager to guide and delight enterprise clients through onboarding, adoption, and ongoing value delivery. You will coordinate with Account, Value, Product and Cyber teams to ensure a flawless experience from day one.

The role emphasizes executive-facing communication, strong cybersecurity interest, remote collaboration, and occasional travel. You will lead live virtual sessions, craft client materials, and support quarterly business reviews to

Qualifications

2-3+ years of experience in a Customer Success or IT help desk role.
2+ years of relevant experience, preferably in cybersecurity/privacy/identity theft/risk and compliance.
CompTIA Security+ or similar security experience is a plus.
Strong customer service soft skills including empathy and relationship building.
Comfortable leading live virtual sessions and guiding clients clearly.

Responsibilities

Participate in client onboarding sessions.
Provide guidance in creating client onboarding and follow-up materials.
Conduct periodic outreach to existing clients to maximize platform usage.
Coordinate with Technical Success to respond to inquiries and allocate resources.
Run client enablement and support sessions.
Alert clients to new cyber/privacy threats and coordinate remediation or acceptance.
Serve as a dedicated case manager for identity theft incidents and resolution.
Assist in restoration of compromised accounts (synthetic identity, tax fraud, etc).
Support Account teams by pulling data for client reports and prepare for QBRs.
Record client interactions in CS tools and contribute to client communications.
Maintain knowledge of BlackCloak solutions and best practices.
Support events and travel as needed.
