Job summary

Relay in Raleigh, North Carolina, is looking for a Senior Manager of Customer Success to elevate account strategy and drive segment performance. You will lead a team of Customer Success Managers and operate cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing to ensure customer growth and health.

With over 8 years of experience in Account Management and a strong track record of developing teams, you will be instrumental in shaping outcomes and improving customer experiences, ensuring high retention and expansion across complex accounts.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Account Management, Customer Success, or Sales roles within a SaaS or hardware/software company.
• 3+ years in a direct leadership role managing Customer Success Managers or Account Managers.
• Strong ability to identify structural patterns and drive resolution across functions.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 7 to 10 CSMs with strong judgment and accountability.
• Drive proactive, intentional customer journeys rather than reactive account management.
• Partner closely with Sales and Product to align on segment strategy and priorities.
