Job summary

Plante Moran is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Enterprise PCMO team in a flexible, predominantly in-person setting. You will translate business priorities into actionable roadmaps and lead enterprise-wide initiatives from planning through benefits tracking.

The role requires 7+ years in project management, 3+ years in change management, and PMI/ACMP/Prosci certifications. Travel up to 10% is expected; strong collaboration and independent work are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance/accounting, or related degree required.
• 7+ years’ experience and demonstrated success in project management required; PMI or similar certification is preferred.
• 3+ years’ of change management experience; ACMP or Prosci certification is preferred.
• A self-starter with the ability to work independently who owns the outcomes of work; follows through on commitments; and sees things through to completion.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and other responsibilities simultaneously.
• Travel – up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to translate priorities into executable roadmaps, ensuring alignment between business objectives, stakeholder expectations, and project outcomes.
• Project manage enterprise-wide initiatives, to include planning, scheduling, scope management, risk and issue management, resource management, communications, sustainment planning and benefits tracking.
• Lead assigned projects and/or change management activity as needed.
• Assist with gathering, understanding, and documenting business requirements and providing analysis and translation into project objectives and measurable goals.
• Support stakeholder engagement, communications planning, readiness activities, and adoption strategies for transformational initiatives.
• Build and manage relationships at various levels across the firm; to gather consensus, to drive alignment, to influence outcomes, to resolve competing priorities, and to coordinate activities to ensure successful delivery of project objectives.
