Plante Moran in Denver seeks an experienced Project Manager to join our Enterprise Project and Change Management Office (PCMO), delivering on key business priorities and guiding transformation initiatives. You will translate priorities into executable roadmaps, manage enterprise-wide projects, gather requirements, and support adoption strategies while collaborating with leaders across the firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance/accounting, or related degree.
• 7+ years of project management experience.
• 3+ years of change management experience; certifications preferred.
• Self-starter who owns outcomes and follows through to completion.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Translate priorities into executable roadmaps and align with business objectives.
• Manage enterprise-wide initiatives including planning, scheduling, scope, risk, and benefits tracking.
• Lead assigned projects and change management activities as needed.
• Gather, understand, and document business requirements and translate into objectives and measurable goals.
• Support stakeholder engagement, communications planning, readiness activities, and adoption strategies.
• Build relationships across the firm to drive consensus and successful delivery of project objectives.
