Job summary

Plante Moran is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the Enterprise Project and Change Management Office (PCMO). This role collaborates with firm leaders to deliver on strategic priorities, providing project and program management, transformation, and change management expertise to help internal clients implement their vision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance/accounting, or related degree required.
• 7+ years’ experience in project management; PMI or similar certification preferred.
• 3+ years’ change management experience; ACMP or Prosci certification preferred.
• Self-starter who owns outcomes, follows through, and completes work.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to translate priorities into executable roadmaps and align objectives with project outcomes.
• Project manage enterprise-wide initiatives including planning, scheduling, scope, risk, resources, communications, and benefits tracking.
• Lead assigned projects and change management activities as needed.
• Gather, understand, and document business requirements and translate into project objectives and measurable goals.
• Support stakeholder engagement, communications planning, readiness activities, and adoption strategies.
• Build and manage relationships across the firm to drive alignment and successful delivery.
