Job summary

Plante Moran is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Enterprise Project and Change Management Office (PCMO). You will translate priorities into executable roadmaps and manage enterprise-wide initiatives, aligning business objectives with project outcomes.

You will lead projects and change activities, gather and document business requirements, and support stakeholder engagement, communications planning, readiness, and adoption strategies across the firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance/accounting, or related field.
• 7+ years’ experience in project management; PMI or similar certification preferred.
• 3+ years’ of change management experience; ACMP or Prosci certification preferred.
• Self-starter who can work independently and own outcomes.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Travel – up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Translate priorities into executable roadmaps with stakeholder alignment.
• Manage enterprise-wide initiatives, including planning, scope, risk, resources, communications, benefits tracking.
• Lead assigned projects and/or change management activities.
• Gather, understand, and document business requirements and translate into objectives.
• Support stakeholder engagement, communications planning, readiness activities, and adoption strategies.
• Build and manage relationships across the firm to drive alignment and successful delivery.
