Job summary

Plante Moran Realpoint, LLC (PMR) is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead construction projects from inception to completion within our expanding team. You will procure services, coordinate vendors, engage clients, monitor budgets and schedules, and manage risks while ensuring compliance with PMR policies.

Travel about 20% regionally; relocation assistance may be available for qualified candidates in the Detroit area.

Qualifications

Engineering/Architecture/Construction Management degree from an accredited college or university.
4-8 years building, design and construction experience in project mgmt, architecture/planning, engineering, or construction.
Experience with Owner’s Facility Team or as a consultant is preferred.
Construction cost estimating experience is desirable.
Proficient with MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint/Project and BIM familiarity.

Responsibilities

Procure services for construction and supplemental vendors for project execution.
Coordinate and monitor vendor activities for contractual compliance.
Coordinate client engagement within the overall program and facilitate decision making.
Monitor budget, schedule and project risks; facilitate issue resolution.
Ensure implementation and compliance of PMR policies on projects.
Interact effectively with all levels of management and support staff.
