Job summary

Plante Moran in the United States is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join the Enterprise Project and Change Management Office (PCMO) team. The PCMO helps deliver on key priorities with project management, transformation, and change expertise for internal clients.

You will translate priorities into executable roadmaps, manage enterprise initiatives, lead projects, gather requirements, and drive adoption while collaborating across the firm to ensure successful outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance/accounting, or related degree.
• 7+ years’ experience in project management with PMI or similar certification preferred.
• 3+ years’ change management experience; ACMP or Prosci certification preferred.
• Self-starter who owns outcomes and follows through on commitments.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and travel up to 10%.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to translate priorities into executable roadmaps, ensuring alignment between business objectives, stakeholder expectations, and project outcomes.
• Project manage enterprise-wide initiatives, to include planning, scheduling, scope management, risk and issue management, resource management, communications, sustainment planning and benefits tracking.
• Lead assigned projects and/or change management activity as needed.
• Assist with gathering, understanding, and documenting business requirements and providing analysis and translation into project objectives and measurable goals.
• Support stakeholder engagement, communications planning, readiness activities, and adoption strategies for transformational initiatives.
• Build and manage relationships at various levels across the firm; to gather consensus, to drive alignment, to influence outcomes, to resolve competing priorities, and to coordinate activities to ensure successful delivery of project objectives.
