Job summary

Vitalant in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a Principal, Organizational Change Management to lead enterprise change capabilities and ensure successful transformation. This hybrid role combines onsite collaboration with remote work two days a week.

You will design governance, adoption frameworks, and measurement systems, partnering with executives, strategy, and project teams to achieve intended business outcomes while sustaining change across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Master's degree preferred in Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Professional certification in change management or related disciplines required (e.g., Prosci, CCMP, PMP, CBAP).
• Minimum eight years of progressive experience in organizational change management or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain enterprise OCM strategy, standards, tools, and governance practices.
• Advise executive sponsors and senior leaders on change impacts and adoption strategies.
• Oversee change readiness, adoption planning, and stakeholder analyses across initiatives.
• Establish enterprise metrics and dashboards to measure readiness and outcomes.
• Lead cross-functional teams and mentor change practitioners across the organization.
