Job summary

eMoney Advisor seeks an Advisory BI Analyst to translate business challenges into enterprise analytics strategies. You will drive data-informed decisions, deliver executive insights, and shape analytics architecture across business, product, and technology teams.

You will lead with AI-enabled analytics capabilities, promote governance, and mentor practitioners while delivering scalable, reusable analytics assets that align with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of progressivel experience in BI, analytics, or advisory roles.
• Experience shaping business strategy with executives and data.
• Experience leading analytics modernization and governance initiatives.
• Able to influence across complex, cross-functional organizations.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic objectives into enterprise analytics strategies and solutions.
• Deliver executive-level insights to improve performance and outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to accelerate growth via data, analytics, and AI.
• Lead design and evolution of scalable, governed analytics solutions.
• Promote scalable architectures, metrics, dashboards, and self-service analytics.
• Develop KPIs, forecasting models, and value realization strategies.
