The ideal candidate will bring 12+ years in BI/Analytics with 5+ years leading analytics teams, deep wealth management experience, and strong executive-level communication to influence business decisions at
Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Data or Decision Intelligence
- 5+ years leading enterprise analytics organizations
- Deep expertise in Wealth Management and Financial Services
- Proven success building BI and Analytics capabilities
- Excellent communication, executive presence and cross-functional delivery skills
Responsibilities
- Define and execute an enterprise Analytics and AI roadmap
- Own Tableau Next strategy and executive dashboards
- Lead enterprise semantic models and KPI governance
- Partner with Finance, Operations, Product, Compliance and Field Leadership
- Mentor leaders and build a cohesive analytics delivery organization
- Drive data product strategy and adoption across the firm
