Job summary

SPS North America seeks a Senior Manager, BI & Analytics to lead enterprise BI strategy, design, and delivery. You will guide the era of scalable analytics using Power BI, Azure, and Fabric, while managing a team of BI professionals and data engineers.

The role requires 15+ years in BI/Analytics/Data Engineering and 5+ years in leadership, partnering with Finance, HR, and leaders to deliver actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 15+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Data Engineering, or related disciplines.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing technical teams and enterprise BI projects.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Platform, Azure Data Lake, Azure Blob Storage, Data Warehousing, Data Lakes, Data Engineering, Data Pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, planning, and execution of enterprise BI initiatives.
• Partner with Finance, HR, and stakeholders to identify reporting and analytics needs and translate them into scalable BI solutions.
• Define and manage the BI roadmap aligned with organizational goals.
• Mentor and develop a team of BI professionals, data engineers, and analysts.
• Design and deliver analytics solutions using Power BI, Fabric, Azure, Data Lakes/Warehousing/Pipelines.
