Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive technology experience, including enterprise architecture in a large/global org.
• Experience creating target/reference architectures, standards, and multi-year roadmaps across domains.
• Ability to shape enterprise tech strategy and influence major platform and investment decisions without direct authority.
• Experience partnering with platform/engineering on cloud, data, integration, SaaS, and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Ability to translate business strategy into practical tech direction.
• Ability to clearly communicate architecture recommendations to executives and teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and operationalize the enterprise architecture operating model, principles, standards, and measures of value.
• Lead architecture for major enterprise initiatives from strategy through target state and delivery guidance.
• Develop current-state assessments, target architectures, reference architectures, and multi-year roadmaps.
• Connect business strategy with technology priorities, portfolio choices, and investments.
• Guide simplification, reuse, interoperability, and technical debt reduction across a global landscape.
• Assess complex technology choices and recommend patterns and strategic direction.
• Define and maintain reusable architecture assets and decision records.
• Serve on the Architecture Review Board and provide pragmatic guidance.
• Partner with strategy, product, engineering, data, cloud, security, and business tech leaders.
• Influence portfolio planning and takeaway decisions with clear tradeoffs.
• Coach architects and strengthen shared practices across boundaries.
• Communicate complex topics clearly to executives, architects, and delivery teams.
