Qualifications

• Four-year or graduate degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Typically 12+ years of job-related and/or management experience in engineering or related field.
• Progressive experience in AI strategy, governance, platform operations, or technology portfolio management.
• Experience with SaaS, cloud, licensing, budgeting, and FinOps.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI Digital strategy, portfolio prioritization, governance cadence, funding guardrails, executive reporting, and cross-team coordination.
• Own GitHub Copilot caps, licenses, and administration; manage OpenAI/Codex provisioning and cost controls; govern Copilot licensing across environments.
• Establish cost center mapping, chargeback, budgeting, usage reporting, and governance reviews with Finance/Procurement.
• Operate the Nerve Center as the intake and evaluation hub for use cases, security reviews, stage gates, and benefits realization.
• Manage relations with Microsoft, OpenAI, GitHub, AWS, ServiceNow, Deloitte, and others to govern AI SDLC and adoption programs.
• Build monthly dashboards tracking adoption, spend, capacity, risk, and realized value.
