Job summary

Helical is building the AI-native biology platform and seeks a Senior Account Executive to drive strategic enterprise sales across pharma and biotech. You will own multi-stakeholder deals, convert initial opportunities into long-term partnerships, and articulate value to scientific and executive buyers.

You will engage with discovery, computational biology, data science, and R&D leaders, shaping the commercial motion and helping Helical scale its market presence in a fast-growing field.

Qualifications

• Proven enterprise sales experience and track record of closing complex B2B deals.
• Ability to land new logos and build a strategic enterprise pipeline.
• Excellent communication, qualification, negotiation, and closing skills.
• Strong ability to engage with scientific and technical stakeholders.
• Comfort operating in a fast-moving, early-stage environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
• Land new logos across pharma, biotech, and life sciences.
• Build and manage a strategic enterprise pipeline.
• Navigate multi-stakeholder sales cycles across scientific and executive buyers.
• Translate Helical’s AI-native biology platform into clear customer value.
• Partner with founders, product, science, and customer teams.
