Paradigm Health seeks an experienced Account Executive to drive revenue by selling AI-driven trial solutions to pharmaceutical partners. You will report to the VP of Commercial Business and shape strategic engagement across large biopharma accounts, articulating the value of our end-to-end model and clinical offerings.

You will build executive relationships, develop top accounts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize the customer experience and win opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• 7+ years of sales experience in health tech, biotech, or pharmaceutical industries.
• Established relationships with key players in healthcare and life sciences.
• Experience using formal enterprise sales methodologies (MEDDIC/MEDDPICC, Challenger).

• Develop and execute strategic account engagement and sales plans for large biopharma accounts.
• Build and maintain networks with executives and decision-makers across healthcare and pharmaceutical verticals.
• Create and manage strategic account plans for top-20 pharma accounts and drive revenue growth
• Demonstrate Paradigm Health’s offerings across protocol optimization to trial data capture and recruitment.
• Research industry trends and potential clients to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success to optimize the customer experience.
• Maintain accurate records of activities, forecasts, and interactions in CRM.
