Job summary

Bay Alarm is seeking a customer-focused sales professional to help retain and grow corporate account relationships. You will support Corporate Account Sales Representatives and provide field assistance as needed.

Responsibilities include building relationships, scheduling appointments, processing account changes, and resolving client questions. A high school diploma and 1–2 years in sales or customer service are required, with strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in sales or customer service
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Effective sales, customer service, and communication skills
• Typing 35-40 wpm; learn internal relational data base and contact data base software
• Intermediate word processing and basic spreadsheet competence; valid driver's license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain relationships with corporate account customers.
• Communicate with Corporate Accounts staff; document daily activity and calls.
• Schedule and attend appointments for corporate account alterations/additions, conversions, rate increases, upgrades and renewals.
• Process corporate account alterations, additions, conversions, rate increases, upgrades and renewals.
• Meet with customers to resolve concerns, discrepancies or questions; sign new accounts with new tenants/owners as needed.
• Contact discontinuing customers to maintain account or sign new account.
• All other duties as assigned.
